How can I return my products to you?

You can make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days and withdraw from the purchase contract. You can find out exactly how to do this here in the cancellation policy. To initiate a return, please send us an email to hi@jondiandmoon.de. Then send the goods back to us. Please note that the costs for the return shipment must be borne by you. As soon as we have checked the return shipment and received the package undamaged, we will refund the purchase amount.
