If you’re wondering where your order is, here’s a quick overview: We normally ship your order within 2-3 working days. Orders received by 1 p.m. are usually packed and collected by DHL on the same day. If you have not received your package after 5 days, please contact our customer service team at hi@jondiandmoon.de.
