JONDI&MOON relies on innovative solutions to significantly reduce waste in the cosmetics industry. Our sustainability system is based on the use of advanced mono-material refill pouches for our glass dispensers. These pouches are made from a single type of plastic, as opposed to traditional refill options that consist of multiple layers of different materials. The key feature of our refill pouches is their material uniformity. As the bags and the closure are made from a single type of plastic, they can be easily returned to the recycling loop via the recycling garbage. This homogeneous material composition ensures that the bags are recycled completely and with high quality instead of ending up in the waste incineration plant. By consistently using our glass dispensers together with the recyclable refill pouches, the amount of waste can be significantly reduced. Compared to conventional cosmetic packaging, which is often only used once and then disposed of, our glass dispensers can be refilled again and again. This results in an impressive reduction in waste of around 94 %. Our approach not only supports the reduction of packaging waste, but also promotes the sustainable use of resources. We offer environmentally friendly shipping with DHL to various countries. The shipping costs are as follows: Within Germany: €3.50
From a value of goods of €30, we will pay the shipping costs for you free of charge.

Within Europe (Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Portugal): 15,50 €
From a value of goods of 60,- € the shipping is free of charge.

Outside the EU: € 22.50 including shipping and customs documents.
From a value of goods of € 80, – we take over the shipping costs.

Shipping to third countries: The costs vary depending on the destination.

As a dedicated family business, we attach great importance to the quality and exclusivity of our products. That is why all our items are manufactured in our own factory in southern Germany. This in-house production not only guarantees exceptional quality standards, but also allows us to precisely monitor every step of the production process. We send your parcels as quickly as possible. Orders received by 1 p.m. are usually packed on the same day. Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2-3 working days. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases. For international shipments, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and may take longer. Yes, both our refill bags and our closure are 100 % recyclable! We only use polypropylene, a mono-material that is ideal for recycling. Our refill bags are made of polypropylene for several important reasons. First of all, polypropylene is much more energy-efficient to produce than glass. Glass requires a lot of energy during production and is very CO2-intensive due to its weight during transportation. Our refill bags, on the other hand, are made from a mono-plastic that can be fully recycled. This contributes to a more environmentally friendly solution, as many conventional toothpaste tubes are made of mixed materials that are more difficult or impossible to recycle.

Another advantage of our refill pouches is their light weight. The bags weigh less than 10 grams including the lid, which makes transportation significantly more energy-efficient. The reduced weight minimizes CO2 emissions during transport, which helps to reduce the ecological footprint.

If you’re wondering where your order is, here’s a quick overview: We normally ship your order within 2-3 working days. If the mono-material refill bags are processed to a high standard in the recycling plant, they can be turned into new packaging. The bags are first sorted, identified as 100 % recyclable, cleaned and processed into granulate. This granulate serves as a raw material for the manufacture of new products. The mono bags therefore contribute to the circular economy by closing the material cycle and saving valuable resources. By recycling mono-materials such as our bags, the environmental impact is reduced and the use of virgin plastic is minimized, which promotes sustainable packaging solutions.
