Without drying out the skin, it effectively removes make-up and traces of the day. The amber glass dispenser can be refilled as often as required* with the 100% recyclable JONDI&MOON refill bag. The fluid consistency makes the facial cleanser simple and easy to refill. Natural castor oil and a little allantoin make the facial cleanser even more nourishing. In addition, magnolia extract protects the skin from impurities and helps to improve and maintain the skin’s appearance. * We recommend a thorough cleaning of the bottle and pump after every 5th refill.

Application

Apply the mild and moisturizing facial cleanser daily in the morning and evening to the moistened face, neck and décolleté, massage in gently and rinse off with lukewarm water. One or two pumps* are sufficient to prepare the skin for further care. Store in a cool, dry place. * We recommend a thorough cleaning of the bottle and pump after every 5th refill.

Our aim is to offer a 100% sustainable product and we are constantly working on this.

We produce our cosmetics in southern Germany in our own factory. Labeling and packaging also take place here. The raw materials are sourced as regionally as possible and are all vegan.

Our cosmetics come in an amber jar that can be refilled over and over again with the JONDI&MOON refill bag made of mono material. It also provides the necessary protection for the raw materials and is an aesthetic addition to the bathroom.

The pump dispenser is made of different plastics (polypropylene + polyethylene) and a glass ball. We are working on having it produced from a mono-material. However, as the JONDI&MOON cosmetic brown glass is dishwasher-safe, the sustainability aspect also lies in the longevity of the product.

Our refill bag is made entirely of mono-polypropylene. This means that, unlike conventional refill bags, only a single plastic is used, which nevertheless includes all the important protective factors such as UV protection. The special material composition gives the pouch a slight pearlescent sheen. The big advantage is the simple and high-quality recyclability of the refill pouch. The entire bag, including the cap, can be returned to the recycling cycle via the yellow bag. This saves around 90% waste compared to conventional cosmetics packaging.

We send the parcel insured with DHL from €3.50 within 2-3 working days. As soon as the parcel is on its way, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking by e-mail. More about this under Shipping.

The order or parts of the order can be returned to us without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cover the shipping costs. Please ensure that the products are securely packaged so that they cannot break. The package can be returned to us via a selected mail order company. Please fill out the withdrawal form for the return and print it out and enclose it with the package.

The JONDI&MOON brown jar is also easy to dispose of. Remove the pumper and the label and throw them into the yellow bag. The glass itself should be placed in the nearest brown glass container so that it can be recycled as used glass for new products. This environmentally conscious disposal further reduces energy requirements and conserves valuable raw materials.

As soon as the JONDI&MOON refill bag is empty, it can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. The mono-material bag is 100% recyclable and should be placed in the yellow bag together with the cap. This sustainable packaging promotes the recycling process and protects the environment, as fewer resources are used and the energy requirement in the recycling cycle is reduced.

    Ich habe den Gesichtsreiniger nun seit ein paar Wochen in Verwendung und bin echt begeistert. Die Textur ist schön sanft und mild schäumend , was mir persönlich sehr gut gefällt. Die Haut fühlt sich nach der Anwendung nicht ausgetrocknet oder straff an, sondern richtig gepflegt und frisch. Es hat keinerlei Reizungen oder Rötungen verursacht, was bei meiner empfindlichen Haut oft ein Problem ist.
